All Weather Swimming Pools: Chandigarh

Chandigarh will soon have two more all weather swimming pools. The existing indoor swimming pools at Sector 27 and 39 Swimming facilities to be upgraded. The UT sports Department has confirmed and approved the proposal.
At present there is only one indoor all weather pool at sector 23 Chandigarh. And the another one with which is under Panjab University authorities, exclusively caters to the professionals and budding swimmers in winter season.
After this upgrade, the City Beautiful will have 3 to 4 indoor all weather swimming pools which will result less rush at any one place.
